Uplands seeks to appoint a passionate Admission Associate, whose strengths will lie in strategic planning, excellent verbal, listening and communication skills. The role requires the candidate to be highly energetic, creative, innovative and professional.

• Marketing, Commerce or any relevant qualification will be advantageous.
• Have 3 years’ experience in a similar role (School environment would be preferred).
• Provide a clear and persuasive pitch to anyone and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage the ADAM database.
• Be responsible for meeting the weekly, monthly and annual admissions targets.
• Must be goal-oriented, move fast and take ownership of work.
• Possess strong organisational and administrative skills and be able to work effectively across all levels of leadership.
• Have great computer skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Build and strengthen relationships.
• Be passionate about providing an excellent Education for innovators and leaders.
• Have a growth mindset and fired up to challenge both professionally and personally.
