Duties & Responsibilities
This role is for a client of ours, they are a well-established direct selling company based in Randburg. They are looking for someone who is committed, organized and passionate about changing people’s lives. You will be providing administrative support to the CEO, on both a business and personal level, as well as assisting Senior Executives with general secretarial duties and other adhoc duties.
Duties:
- Take minutes, dictations or notes during meetings
- Follow up on action items and ensure they are followed through
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Prepare required documents and agendas in preparation for meetings
- General secretarial duties (assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, and maintaining the filing system)
- Manage office supplies inventory (e.g. groceries, stationery, and water)
- Support in attending to personal requirements of CEO
- Personal expense management (vehicle licensing, organizing household maintenance, purchasing groceries, municipal accounts etc.)
- Assist senior executives with general secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma Office Management or similar/relevant qualification
- 10 years’ administration experience
- Advanced MS Office Suite Experience
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
