Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Pastel:  Create PO’s    

  • To create PO’s for all cross-hire material, and all other PO’s required on Pastel as per procedure.
  • To make sure all quotes and PO’s are signed off and followed up until goods are delivered.

 

Meetings

  • Prepare reports to present on meetings

 

Capture and complete information on systems

  • Manage client information and data on Pastel and Fusion.
  • Send and receive all correspondences to clients via email / telephone
  • Verify all bank deposits and arrange site visits for sales representatives/site managers

 

Quotations / Invoicing / Orders / Credit Applications

  • Complete quotations and send to clients in a timeously manner
  • Follow up and correspond to clients on quotation requests and status of their orders.
  • Receive and capture orders on Pastel.
  • Compile all documentation for credit application approvals
  • Do credit check
  • Update PASTEL on credit application outcome
  • Create account on PASTEL for new clients.
  • File and archive quotations and credit applications
  • Adhere to all client enquiries
  • To work out tonnage of scaffold material/tower
  • To calculate costing of P’s & G’s of order on quotation.
  • Opening of client files and managing the filing of all client-based information.

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • Organisational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Planning skills
  • Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • 2-3 years working experience
  • Own reliable transport
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Fusion
    • PASTEL
    • Any other programs as needed

 

Package & Remuneration

R13 000 p.m
