Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Source, interview, reference check & sign up blue-collar workers
- Schedule crim and other checks
- Open and maintain staff files
- Update, increase and maintain skills levels in joint “pool labour”
- Schedule staff inductions and medicals
- Payroll
- Submit new employee info to payroll department
- Process payroll timesheets for clients
- Submit payroll to clients for signature
- Administration
- PPE – Obtain authorisation, order, allocate and control SOH
- Manage Petty cash, order stationery, staff welfare
- Receive, reconcile creditors invoices and submit to head office.
- Submit extraordinary purchase requests to HO for approval
- Monitor employee drivers licenses, induction expiry dates etc. and liaise with ops
- Maintain branch Asset register
- Prepare various reports as required
- Assist Regional Manager as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Admin related qualification/ diploma/ certificate
- Microsoft Excel literacy
- Valid drivers licence
