Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist and direct visitors to the relevant staff
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Assist & maintain current and accurate filling system
  • Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy
  • Calculate feeding scheme stock spreadsheet calculations for orders
  • Ensure that signed PODs and loading sheets are submitted
  • Prepare invoices on behalf of customers with cession agreements
  • Prepare Invoices and supporting documents for payments to Sub-contractors
  • Capture sales orders on SAP
  • Submit calculations for invoicing purposes
  • Submitting requisitions to the buyer
  • Liaise with the buyer to generate Purchasing Order
  • Assist with Stock Take at branch
  • Process goods receipt notes on SAP
  • Submit calculations for invoicing purposes
  • Receive Complaints and resolve them timeously
  • Report to Debtor's Clerk on Progress of Payments

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric or equivalent
  • A tertiary qualification in Administration/Finance or any relevant field
  • Five years relevant experience
  • Computer Literate (MS Office and SAP)
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Applicant must be organised, dynamic, goal-driven and hands-on
  • Ability to work under pressure with constant accuracy
  • Team player
