Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet, assist and direct visitors to the relevant staff
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Assist & maintain current and accurate filling system
- Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy
- Calculate feeding scheme stock spreadsheet calculations for orders
- Ensure that signed PODs and loading sheets are submitted
- Prepare invoices on behalf of customers with cession agreements
- Prepare Invoices and supporting documents for payments to Sub-contractors
- Capture sales orders on SAP
- Submit calculations for invoicing purposes
- Submitting requisitions to the buyer
- Liaise with the buyer to generate Purchasing Order
- Assist with Stock Take at branch
- Process goods receipt notes on SAP
- Submit calculations for invoicing purposes
- Receive Complaints and resolve them timeously
- Report to Debtor's Clerk on Progress of Payments
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or equivalent
- A tertiary qualification in Administration/Finance or any relevant field
- Five years relevant experience
- Computer Literate (MS Office and SAP)
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Applicant must be organised, dynamic, goal-driven and hands-on
- Ability to work under pressure with constant accuracy
- Team player
