Duties & Responsibilities
Job & Company Description:
The Actuarial Specialist position is responsible for: performing regular valuations, presenting results, collaborating with other specialised departments in the business, assisting with the implementation of IFRS 17, and improving the current models and processes in place for better results.
Education:
• Actuarial student with at least 9 exemptions.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in an actuarial field
• Skilled in SQL and VBA. Prophet programming skills would be highly advantageous.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of IFRS (specifically IFRS 17) and Regulatory Solvency valuations.
