Duties & Responsibilities

Main Purpose of Role

  • The incumbent will be responsible for providing telephonic assistance as well as testing on all Accsys PeopleWare software.

 

Key Performance Areas

  • Performing required administration tasks timeously
  • PeopleWare Consulting- advise and assist clients with queries telephonically.
  • Provide PeopleWare software and technical support.
  • Installing and testing of the Accsys PeopleWare Software.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Minimum Education / Training

  • Matric + Internship payroll/accounting
  •  Maths for Matric
  • Relevant degree / Diploma will be an advantage.

 

Required Minimum Work Experience

  • Payroll experience an advantage.
  • Call centre or Support Centre experience an advantage\

 

Technical Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Stakeholder relationships
  • Basic payroll principles and leave
  • Basic accounting principles
  • BCEA - Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • Basic understanding of tax
  • Understanding payroll, leave & information modules
  • Telephone etiquette
