Duties & Responsibilities
Core Purpose:-
To assist branches with Accounts Payable queries and reconciliations
Key Performance Areas:-
Review Creditors Reconciliations and COD Accounts.
Review Lease and own Rental Agreements and Utility Accounts.
Review Utility Accounts and COD Accounts.
Prepare weekly and monthly payments.
Clearing of Age Analysis.
Capturing Invoices.
Liaise with internal and external suppliers.
Sorting of post and filing
