Min Requirements

B.Com Accounting or similar degree

5 +++ years’ experience within a Senior Accountant role working with SYSPRO – ESSENTIAL

Microsoft Excel Advanced essential

3-5 Years working within a FOOD OR Beverage FMCG Environment

Stock Inventory Control – SYSPRO

Job Requirements

Complete balance sheet reconciliations – SYSPRO and others

Manage 3 staff member – creditors, debtors and VIP Payroll Administrator

Reports GM & Regional Accountant / to Head Office

Complete reconciliations & payments

Stock Inventory Control – SYSPRO

Ensure that all financial monthly management reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time

Review of month-end management accounts ensuring the accuracy, validity and completeness thereof

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and corporate policies and ensure that entries are recorded in compliance with the policies and accounting standards

Prepare financial statements as and when required

Complete monthly VAT and employees tax reconciliations

Complete monthly journal entries

Complete forecasting and annual budgeting reports

Document/update core procedures & processes

Review of monthly expenditure & revenue accounts against

Work with VIP Payroll Administrator to complete and pay payroll Permanents and Wages
