ASSISTANT HANDYMAN
Responsibilities
- Matric Certificate
- Good English speaking skills
- Three years’ relevant experience
Job Functions:
- Understudy and assist the Estate Handymen
- Maintain work order requests through the Help Desk system
- Maintain inventory of the Facilities Department equipment
- Carry out joinery repairs
- Carry out light electrical repairs
- Be responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance
- Carry out painting and structural repairs as required
- Carry out plumbing repairs
- Conduct OHS inspections of workshop equipment
- Unblock drainage pipes and septic tanks
- Carry out woodwork tasks
