Woodlands International College is a progressive, co-educational, independent College situated on a pristine wetland on the northern boundary of Boksburg. We are currently recruiting for a full-time visual arts educator for our Junior College. The ideal applicant will have a proven and successful track record in teaching visual arts within the Independent Schooling, IEB, environment. We are looking to appoint a passionate educator with creativity and vision

The successful candidate will hold:

• A recognised qualification in Education
• At least 5 years’ experience in visual arts teaching and must be able to teach visual art for Grade 3 – 6 and Grade 6 History
• Current SACE registration
• Have experience teaching students in both Foundation and Intermediate
• Self-motivated, organised, and energetic
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to lead and inspire others
• Be fully computer literate with the ability to incorporate technology into lessons
• Have a willingness to participate in all facets of College life both within the classroom and in extra-curricular activities
