1. Top International Software development and Data Analytics company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Durban.

This role is specific to software development so candidates need a technical grounding and should come from a software development background and moved into a Project Management role.

Education/ Certifications/ Experience:

• IT Related Degree
• PMI/Prince2 Certification.
• PMBOK (advantageous)
• Agile certification (advantageous)
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar role. (Including experience in managing resources, mentoring junior resources as well as facilitation with technical teams and stakeholders).
• At least 10 complete project implementations on software development projects, between 6 & greater than 24 months duration, following either the traditional SDLC or Agile methodologies.
• Business Analyst background (advantageous) (Requirements gathering, documentation, leading JAD sessions).
• Vetting for Contracts/SLAs.
