Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing team onsite – both Mechanical and Electrical
- Control of resources: Labour
- Overseeing commissioning and setup of equipment onsite
- Punch points onsite
- Compliance with all management and safety programmes within the company
- Maintaining discipline and timekeeping
- Liaise with design department and manufacturing workshop
- Assist with standby support
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Electrical/Mechanical qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must be able to work away from home, overtime, shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in the Automotive Industry advantageous
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work from home
