Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist with the system integration\implementation between point of sale system and other network systems.
  • Implement and support other point of sale systems (Money Market, etc.)
  • Liaising with 3’rd Party providers & SLA’s
  • Assist with the investigations of data queries, stock take’s, etc.
  • Training: Point of Sale Systems, Money Market, Basic PC training etc.
  • Reporting: Weekly Monthly Reports – store visits, problem stores reporting on system issues
  • Job requires travelling between stores
  • Supporting Microsoft products

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements – Essential:

  • Namibian citizen
  • Matric
  • Driver’s license
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Retail Industry experiece
  • Previous Point of Sales experience
