Duties:

-  Full Conveyancing functions

-  Drafting of legal documents

-  Administration

-  Opening to closing files

-  Sheriff and Third Party Transfers

-  Liaising with the deeds office

-  Liaising with banks and SARS

-  Liaising with clients

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience:

-  Previous Conveyancing experience

-  Experience in Transfers (Shierff and Third Party Transfers)
