A stunning restaurant is looking for an experienced Floor Manager - must have high end commercial restaurant experience and good knowledge of Whiskeys

Education:

 Grade 12 National Senior Certificate or equivalent
 Post-matric qualification is advantageous (especially relating to the field of work).

Work Experience:

 The applicant should have at least 2 years of senior experience in the proposed field.
 Good knowledge on duties and procedures in a restaurant environment.
 Computer knowledge (word, outlook, excel)
 Knowledge of Pilot software.
 Experience in large restaurants is beneficial

The applicant must:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Implement and follow the rules of the company
 Maintain dress code standards
 Deal with customers, compliments and complaints, follow up etc.
 Maintain and sustain top service levels
 Manage a large staff compliment
 Checking that all duties have been completed by floor staff.
 Present a positive image of the company
 Assist in all areas where needed
 Opening and closing duties
